RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At NOXELE, we want you to shop with complete confidence.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, please contact us at support@noxele.com and include:
• Your order number
• The item you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Clear photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the approved return address. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted. Please do not send returns to any address shown on the original package.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For returns resulting from a change of mind, incorrect size selection, sizing preference, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us immediately. After reviewing the issue, NOXELE will provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required. Shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by NOXELE.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
Orders may be cancelled or changed before they have been fulfilled.
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@noxele.com. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or change it.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
• Worn, washed, used, or altered items
• Items with missing or removed tags
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Lingerie, underwear, swimwear, or similar hygiene-sensitive items if the protective seal has been removed or the item has been worn
• Items clearly identified as Final Sale before purchase
Products displayed at a promotional or discounted price are not automatically considered Final Sale unless clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
Please contact us if you have questions about whether a particular item is eligible for return.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different size, colour, or item is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
EUROPEAN UNION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Where applicable, customers receiving orders within the European Union may have the legal right to cancel or withdraw from their purchase without providing a reason. This right may be exercised before delivery and for up to 14 days after the order is delivered, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s country.
REFUNDS
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please remember that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@noxele.com.
